Boosting the home-loan offer for Australian homebuyers

Choice Home loans have announced some exciting news! We have signed a strategic partnership with Australia’s number one real estate website, realestate.com.au.
The announcement adds to the strategic partnership announced between NAB and realestate.com.au in December 2016, where both have committed to creating Australia’s first end-to-end digital property search and financing solution.
Through the new partnership, Choice Home Loans brokers will have the opportunity to join this new broking solution, which will be known as realestate.com.au Home Loans, later this year. This means brokers will be backed by one of Australia’s most recognisable real estate brands, presenting new client opportunities and market leading digital engagement expertise.
Over the years, Choice Home Loans has built a strong legacy as one of the industry’s most established retail broking franchises. This strategic partnership will build on the successful foundations of Choice Home Loans and will further support our brokers in the increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving broking landscape.
Choice Home Loans brokers will of course have a number of questions about how this move impacts their business, and what the next steps will be. The team at Choice and realestate.com.au will be there at every step of the way to answer broker questions and help facilitate a smooth transition.
We believe this presents unparalleled opportunities for our brokers and will deliver a new and innovative broker model that is unique to Australia.
